BRAVERY AWARD PRESENTATION OF THE 2019 CLARKE SILVER MEDAL
The Governor-General of Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) will present The Royal Humane Society of Australasia’s annual award for the most outstanding act of bravery to:
Mr Andrew Black, of Narrandera NSW
who went to the rescue of two men from a crashed and burning car at Invergordon, Vic on 26 October 2015. (Please see the attached citation)
